Location: 417 Main St. Sign in starts at 3:30 for children only and begin at 4. Adults begin registration at 5:30pm audition begins at 6pm. Open casting call for singers & dancers. The creative team is committed to casting practices that advance diversity and inclusion.  All ethnicities, genders and abilities will be considered for every role.

 Experience the ultimate Broadway musical revue featuring a vibrant selection of songs and dances from various hit shows.  This high energy production promises a thrilling experience, celebrating the best of Broadway musical theater.

Vocalist, prepare a song in the style of the show (musical theater)Auditionees should be prepared to learn a short movement routine.

Non singing roles are required to do a dance audition.

Rehearsals are limited and a full commitment is required.Show runs August 7-9, 2025 

 West Side Academy of Performing Arts and Dance proudly presents their annual showcase, "Under the Sea," a vibrant celebration of creativity and talent.  This inspiring production brings together students of all abilities and levels, showcasing their skills in jazz, tap lyrical, ballet, lyrical, pointe, and hip-hop. Watch as our young dancers bring the magic of the ocean to life, as they glide, pirouette and chaine'  across the stage like graceful sea creatures and shimmering mermaids. This  showcase blends fluid movement and artistic choreography transforming the stage into an enchanting underwater world.

We offer a variety of performance opportunities throughout the year, giving our students the chance to showcase their talents and gain valuable experience in front of live audiences.

We believe in providing our students with individualized attention to help them achieve their goals. Our small class sizes and one-on-one coaching ensure that each student receives the support they need to succeed.

 Whether it's offering a slice of "bleeding armadillo" cake or being able to use a friend (Ouiser) as a punching bag in times of grief, the characters of Steel Magnolias show how the bonds created through friendship can end up being what gets you through hard times.
